Please complete the form below and then use your browser to print the document. We suggest you check the page settings to ensure the margins are suitable, as this form does fit comfortably onto two A4 sized pages. Your finished copy together with the two cheques mentioned below should be posted to:

Payment
When posting your booking, please include 2 separate cheques payable to Paul Kirkby which cover:

1: a Holiday Deposit cheque for a third of the rental costs for the dates requested; and
2: a Housekeeping Deposit cheque of £100 (£200 for Christmas and New Year weeks);

We do not cash the Housekeeping Deposit cheque and this will be shredded after you leave the cottage unless there are breakages or we can make deductions from it in accordance with the terms set out in the terms of booking.

The balance of the rental cost is due 10 weeks before your arrival date. Where a booking is made less than 10 weeks before arrival then the full cost of the rental should be sent to us.

We are happy to accept bank transfers. Please contact us if you would like to use this method for payment.
 

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the cheques we will send to you a Confirmation of Booking. At this time the contract is formed between us and the booking is made. PLEASE NOTE – we recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover the cost of the holiday if you have to cancel it for any reason. You will remain liable for the FULL cost of the holiday even if you cancel. We will try and re-let the cottage but there is no guarantee that we will be able to do so. Please see the terms of booking for full details on this.
