1: a Holiday Deposit cheque for a third of the rental costs for the dates requested; and 2: a Housekeeping Deposit cheque of £100 (£200 for Christmas and New Year weeks);
We do not cash the Housekeeping Deposit cheque and this will be shredded after you leave the cottage unless there are breakages or we can make deductions from it in accordance with the terms set out in the terms of booking.
The balance of the rental cost is due 10 weeks before your arrival date. Where a booking is made less than 10 weeks before arrival then the full cost of the rental should be sent to us.
